I was convinced that my sister and I were not going to be able to buy a house this year. Our savings wasn't great, our credit was okay, and my work history is a little sketchy. Ron convinced us to get pre-qualified just to see where we were... In the end we got qualified for way more than we thought we would. Ron found our home less than 3 days after we received our pre-approval letter. He negotiated with the seller for around 5 and got us everything we wanted... We didn't have to pay a dollar for closing costs. I was so shocked. We were able to put that money towards our house. After our inspection, he also sent out a specialist for the issues that were found so we could get more information before we committed to the property. Ron was professional, worked incredibly well, and the negotiation could not have gone better for us... He also purchased a home warranty for the first year for us which covers all the big appliances, which he buys for all his clients with older homes (ours is a 1998).
